Order Process

Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. The shipping time would be around 10 - 22 business days. 
You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order.
Please allow about 1 week for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage, after your order has been processed.

Kor. paLace ships to all 53 states of the United States (except for Alaska Hawaii and Guam), Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan region, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom, Vietnam.

We do not provide International shipping outside of these 53 regions at the moment.

Free Shipping is available on orders of 77 USD(the amount excluding customs and taxes) or over in all 53 countries.

Kor. paLace is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Kor. paLacet is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays.

We do not accept PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses for delivery.

If you set up your shipping address as one of these deliveries mentioned, it may be difficult for us to track your package and verify that it has been delivered properly.
